A live communication environment is a medium, so it should function as a medium. Development of an effective, interactive, differentiating and affordable brand environment requires specific input from both communication and architecture/design. A good brand environment helps a brand to attract, engage and connect with its consumer.
People are easier convinced if they are involved then when they’re being narrated to. By trying, changing, fitting, solving, feeling, adapting, personalising – in short: by experiencing – people are triggered to value and remember a brand statement or a product.
